This purple sweater, adorned with blue details, features embroidery crafted with multicolored linen thread. I purchased the linen thread from Texture, the textiele museum of Kortrijk. The embroidery depicts various objects and moments from my daily life, such as a cup of tea and an African doll that I frequently admire. These designs also symbolize significant aspects of my life, including my grandchild’s fascination with dinosaurs and my mother’s struggles with brain-related issues.

The black linen bag features fuchsia handles. The centerpiece is an embroidered letter “M,” the initial of my name, adorned with leaves that extend beyond its edges.

The green bum bag is adorned with embroidered leaves and flowers in vibrant fall colors. The leaves’ threads sparkle, and the bag is embellished with beads and sequins.
